Tuesday, February 21 – INCOME TAX BASICS FOR THE INCORPORATED BUSINESS / 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM / $10.00 (incl. GST).   This basic corporate income tax session is invaluable for the newly incorporated business.  It highlights areas that every corporate director should be aware of.  Topics include:  Transferring assets into a corporation; Director's liability; Shareholder loans and salaries; Business expenses and capital expenditures; Corporate filing requirements, corporate tax rate structure and installment payments.
